Kind of a smart answer.
When the whole wheat belt is saying how bad it is, its bad.
Now when many parts of the Corn Belt say poor crop it may be 170 instead of 250.
Hearing reports of 15 bushel wheat in areas that raise 50 to 80.
So yes its a crop but its a POOR crop.
