same thing could have been said a yr ago if your looking at locking in a guaranteed profit that wont happen but prices have been going up so who is to say buying 1000 pound yearlings you wont make something off them as fats, the ones making the most are the guys barrowing the money for these high priced cattle aka the bankers 8-9 percent interest can easily be 2-300 per calf
