That’s completely false. Go research the 2020 oil deal between Trump and OPEC.
Edit: The same exact thing happened in the past few months with the strait being shut down and a significant anointed Middle East oil production unable to make it to market and OPEC cutting almost 10 million barrels of production starting in 2020.
