I did a little digging....

First Baptist Church is located on the corner of N Main St and W Stanton St in Hastings, FL

Main St Pizza and Ice Cream is located on the corner of N Main St and W Stanton St in Hasting, FL. 

The Baptist Church is on the south side of W Stanton St, and the Main St Pizza and Ice Cream Shop is located on the north side of W Stanton St, both on the west side of N Main St.  

I am presuming these are the businesses that we are talking about.

(Pull up Google maps, and type in "First Baptist Church Hastings, FLorida" and  it will bring up a map showing where the First Baptist Church is located. You can also then see where the Main St Pizza and Ice Cream Shop is located as well.)

I looked up the zoning for St John's County in Florida, which Hasting, Florida is located in.  (From what I read, Hastings is an unincorporated area in St. John's County, if that matters any - which I think it should not.)

From what I see on the map, First Baptist Church is located in an area designated as Commercial, Intensive; and the Main St Pizza and Ice Cream shop is located in an area designated as Commercial, Neighborhood.

Now, does THAT make any difference in the discussion?
