NW Illinois

Short of moisture in nw Illinois. Some of the last planted acres May 10ish have barely been rained on. First cutting weather is excellent however tonnage will be weak due to successive frost and cold conditions that occurred after dormancy. Very little chance of rain in next 10 days.
