Not a regular church goer and just a social drinker. 1,000’ is way too large a footprint but it’s on the books. Pizza owner should’ve researched it before buying. That’s on him. He needs to campaign the city to change ordinance, still going to have issue of 70’, he has no choice to make a deal with church.
