Oklahoma | I agree if law is already on books, need to follow it.
My grandmothers church had a similar issue several years ago. Big media chef bought an old lumber yard and converted it to a restaurant with outdoor serving/game area with alcohol. Smaller church was across the street. Church was fine with it until they started using the church parking as overflow. Sunday mornings the lot was covered in beer bottles, trash, and anything else a person could imagine. Town wanted the income from the big chef so would never do anything. Church tried putting parking barriers and it didn’t change. My grandmother passed away and I am not sure it was ever resolved. | |
