Do you understand how blood works? Every single embalmer in the world knows how to embalm with blood clots. Because if you didn't know once you've been dead for more than 12 hours, all the blood in your body is completely clotted. It's called final fixation. Because it's fixed in place.
Death is a weird and creepy thing but I would have thought most farmers would be slightly more accustomed to it than the average person and maybe have a little knowledge on the subject.
