Mb | Looking for a factory hopper and attaching hardware for an 8" auger on a 1910 air cart, in manitoba or eastern Saskatchewan
Bought a cart that has an attachment to go under hopper trailers and I have quickly developed a firey, passionate hatred of it. Cant use the auger to unload the cart with it, cant flip it upside down, other than swinging sideways miserable to move, makes the auger heavier to lift, if you plug the auger you have to tear a cover off to get it to back up and if you actually want the auger to run full it boils a dribble of product over the sides.
Deere wants $3000+ for the hopper with mounting hardware, which is 1/3 of a whole aftermarket auger.
