NE Neb
Its amazing isn't it? I had bid on a part for $1 until the last min then someone from out of state bid to $254. I had my max at $255. 3 bids, my $1, their $254, my $255. It was 10 suitcase weights for a massey 2000 series. Real sought after parts lol.

Ive also had the auctioneer tell me what the minimum bid the owner was going to take.... in this case it was $4000. I was a smart ass and put my bid at $3999. The auction closed with my bid. Then he called and said last minute $4000 bid.... your out but ill let you bid $4050 and youll probably end up with it. I have a history with this guy and massey equipment on sales. He knows me. I gave him $51 more dollars i wanted the tractor and he wanted me to know he runs the auction.
I haven't used max bid since.
