We have seen very few issues from the systems we have setup. When systems have been installed by others or end users is usually when we get more questions about situations like this. It’s hard to troubleshoot unless we end up on sight as there are many variables that could cause issues.
That would imply you have still seen occasional issues. I agree that there are many variables involved, but when it's working 95% of the time, that doesn't really sound like a general setup issue to me. If, as Nathan said in his post, it's just the nature of the Topcon system, then that would be good to know. |
