i know there should be ehtics involved but ar there also state and fed laws and regulations? say someone puts in max bid for a farm on internet auction and
than auction company runs bid up on said person. is there laws against this and what are penaltys? who regulates this?

I had the top bid on an item for $31 for days, then somehow yesterday it closed at exactly $250, my max bid. It’s not going to break me, but rest assured I will no longer use that “feature.”
