Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | Raven did/does have a sensor that looks somewhat similiar that I've seen used for spinner speed. The ones I've seen were a metal proximity type. They were mounted to sense off of the bolt heads on the bottom side of the spinner. Since those bolts are often the stainless steel type, they needed to be replaced with common bolts for the sensor to register. They needed to be mounted quite close to the bolt heads.
I'm not sure what you mean by a speed ring.
