Thumb of Michigan		No help from me on complex migraine with aura.

But your comment on not taking new Medicare patients makes me pause, along with "went for first check then haven't been back".

Are you on traditional Medicare or an Advantage plan? And your primary doc didn't suggest/require or do an annual physical?
