I'm running it in a non flex fuel 09 Silverado 3500 6.0 gas
Only a tiny bit more gutless than the 6.0 commonly is, and only 0.5-1 mpg less than the already abysmal mileage. Lol
Can you tell I don't care for the LS? :)
I just bought a 96 C2500 5.7 5 speed 2wd to add to the fleet today, will see how it does on mpg under load with E85.
Eventually I'd like to get another project on the road, a 97 C3500 dually, 7.4 5 speed 2wd,but the previous owner ran it into the ground, going to need a lot of work to get it reliable.
Still prefer my 6.5 diesels for running around, but with the current fuel prices I'm focusing on ethanol. | |
