Funny how different areas measure rainfall.
Here, it’s by the tenth or hundredths. And if we’re really dry and want to get the point across we measure by the thousandths of an inch! LOL
You guys to the east just measure by the inch and don’t bother with the little amounts!
A few years back during a bad dry spell we got .3" of rain and out neighbor a mile away got .2" of rain. He glumy said "you got enought to do some good". |
