Subject: RE: 8210T Hydraulic Oil Level Flashing

As far as I can tell there is only one drain plug for the entire differential and transmission. It’s located in the back center under the differential. This plug faces down as expected. The other is clear up by the front of the transmission. This appears to be the suction screen location and faces the front of the tractor. Does this sounds correct?
If my only intent is to check the suction screen should I open that first? It looks like the lowest point is the drain plug in the rear? Any idea how much fluid will come out considering the lines and cooler will still contain some hydro fluid.
Is this my best next step? Or should I rent a flow tester and measure the PSI output from an scv?

Speaking of hydraulics can someone please tell me all the pump locations? Per googles the main is located inside the differential. Another one on the passenger rear. And a smaller one under the tractor for steering. If this is true what does the main pump control versus the one located on the exterior passenger rear?
