Iowa | I've done some looking since I have a Flex Fuel truck....and it seems like the E85 prices are WILDLY different even within the same state.
I feel like with corn prices low-ish and oil way up, shouldn't the difference between E85 and regular be more than normal? Here in my part of IA it's only a 70 cent difference or so which is pretty typical of "usual" prices. I know of others in IA and other states where the E-85 price starts with a $1.xx. Mine locally is $3.27 today. Are my local stations just ripping us all off? Is it the wholesale place they buy from? The E plants? |
