If your display is updated to newest software and your implements are currently synced in op center then yes, dimensions would sync back after a factory reset and Deere fixes the current issues for data sync implements. If you are currently purchasing the automation 4.0 license for your display every year then I would recommend learning how to use autopath from boundaries instead of boundary fill.
