Thats where theyre coming from after you delete them out of the 2020. I havent nailed down exactly how to keep it from happening either. I deleted some fields out of the 2020 earlier this spring, deleted the same fields out of the Fieldview web app. Pretty sure I synced the ipad before I connected to the 2020 but maybe I didnt. Anyways those fields and prescriptions showed back up somewhere along the line.
