central Ia | I think he has a good reason to complain, look at any cattle pot and how high up off the floor are the holes or slats 6,8,10 inches? there had to be quite of bit of slop in that trailer to get thrown out the holes just going around a curve, should have been cleaned before he was on the road, wouldn't be near as funny if it would have been a funeral procession or a group of motorcycle riders that got hit with all that. Check out Iowa Code 321.460
