South Central NE | I have no idea whether the "underglow" lights are legal or illegal here. I don't see them very often at all but at my age I probably am not in the right spots after dark. But, for the record, I always thought they were kind of cool on a nicer car and I certainly can't see why they would be illegal at all.
I too would be more concerned about the newer, really bright headlights. I don't like to drive after dark especially where I am not familiar with the roads and the bright lights certainly don't help. | |
