near dyersville iowa | i was traveling on a two lane road. i was headed south. the road curved to the west. The semi was headed north, bend to the right. Effluent was thrown out of the pot into my lane of traffic. I could not see it exiting the trailer until i was partially around the corner at 50 mph. Its hard to estimate how much, but id give it a solid 50-100 gallons of spillage. I really had no choice. shoulder nearly non existent, but even if i could have pulled off to the side, i still would have gotten covered. | |
