There are as many sauces as there are color chips in a paint store. National brands, regional brands, local sauces, proprietary store sauces. Tomato based, vinegar based, mustard based, mayo based. Thick, thin, sweet, tangy, spicy, some level of heat (or not). I'm not much on any of the national brands, their tastes are too generic.
Whats the best BBQ sauce ?
