Subject: Kinze ASD and Large flats

West Central Indiana
How in the heck do you plant this? Second year with my bulk fill Kinze. Never had any problems until now but trying to plant some 58lb large flats. I've read on here a lot and tried everything anyone has suggested, and nothing has worked. It can be any row and is not debris or chunky stuff. I've tried pressure anywhere from 8 to 17. Seems the best is around 12. I added 50% Talc/50%Graphite which is what I've always used and that wasn't working so added more and then added some just straight graphite. Maybe helped a little but very little. I've not tried just Talc but have read several Kinze techs say they have better luck with graphite. It is 100% bridging up and not flowing through the entrainer. It is not a humidity thing. I don't even have to get out of the tractor when a row fails. Just stop put in reverse and back up then go forward and start planting again. Just that jerking motion will get it moving. I'm having to stop and do this every few hundred yards though. I've read KMech on here talk about an entrainer update kit? Anyone know anything about it? Any help is appreciated !!!!!
