Could be the short jumper wire that connects to the Autosense on the right front wheel. There is a short gray wire with a round connector on the Autosense end and a square Duestch on the other. They aren't too expensive and are prone to failure and will make your guidance do goofy stuff. If that doesn't help, you probably have something wrong with the Nav. Ag Express can fix them.

Aim Command Pro (capstan) needs to have GPS, which typically comes out of the Nav (I think that it is true for sprayers), so, you could have issues running Capstan without the Nav. I don't know what the workaround for that would be without a Nav. Do you have any other machines that have a NAV that you can swap in to spray? If you have another Nav with the the same software versions, you can just swap them out and re-do the steering calibrations (DZ and roll).
