| Hi. The 30.5x32 tires on my 1680 are about done, and I'd like to go to duals in place of them. I'm having trouble finding a place that carries used, or even new wheels. Does anyone have any suggestions? I tryed Abilene machine, no luck. Pete's tractor, no luck. Dealer wants over $2,000.00 a piece for 16x42 wheels.
I'd like to go to 18.4x42s, but would consider 20.8x38 if they're more common. I dont have any concern about row spacing or any sort of width requirement. What is the most common setup for duals. Also, I'm not concerned about flotation, we dont have any mud during harvesting grass seed in july. I want to go to duals cause I may put a hopper extention on and one of the Michels covers over it. And also for safety.
