1. Apply fertilizer with an air seeder tank and a chisel plow during fall tillage 4-8" deep.  One option is to apply just P & K, and can start applying in early fall, otherwise, wait for cooler soil temps later in the fall and apply the nitrogen and sulfur also.

2. Use liquid products and apply with the planter or shortly after top dress with herbicides/stand alone.
