Heard a pollster on one of the talking head shows say that over 30% of maga would support trump if he is a pedophile. The person went on to say this was up from 20% 6 months ago. The fact that so many walk among is the sickening part. If not for social media and comments on this site, I would not have believed this level of ignorance still exists in this country. Trump is a degenerate and that has been known for 40 years. The supporters of such are the issue many of us can't come to grips with in 2026
tmrand responded with this:
Oh, OK. Someone that doesn't like Trump talked about it on a show............so now you think I'd be fine with Trump being a pedophile.
Got it.
I responded with this:
Yes that is literately the logic they use. It is rather disturbing to see how some people can be so easily radicalized to hate their neighbour because of a false belief.
Then you responded with this:
Well when a person doesn't question any other other thousands of illegal things he has done as president it makes you wonder where the line is or if it exists at all.
That's the point of the thought exercise here. It's not a belief that he does those things. Its is asking where or what he could do to make the faithful faithless.
I entered this conversion for exactly the reason I said I did. You are wrong about that.
The “thought experiment” you are talking about was apparently your own reason for joining in, not mine. I am pointing out, correctly, that the same “thought experiment” was going on in the opposite direction when the previous administration was doing “thousands of illegal” (I will join you in exaggerating) things that went against the constitution. It’s no secret, or at least it shouldn’t be, that the justice system has been a platform to attack Trump since before he got in office. To be blunt, the whining from the left is due to their accusations almost always being found to have no merit in court. They wouldn’t have these issues if they didn’t lie so much.
