Very southern Mn | I know you are talking about actual legals, but my pet peeve is when someone sold the acreage off and went around every tree and old grove no matter how un Sqaure it is. Or as bad is a diagonal line.You buy the farm but are stuck forever with goofy boundaries.i had an old friend that said acreages should never be sold off of farms. It is not possible with current values but I sure think about that a lot.
