Actually it is not a joystick but just a handle with buttons that you can assign to different things on different older Trimble displays.
Not everybody likes them but I use them in my EZ-Guide 500, CFX-750 and FMX. So I have three of them.
I assume that it is discontinued product by now but maybe some dealers still have old stock. Used to around 250 for price €/$...
With CFX 750 I like that you can turn on/of the two cameras. (seed box and fertilizer box planting sugar beets).
With EZ-G 500 it is fast for changing guidance lines used, miss this opportunity in the other displays...
With FMX it is a bit less useful, but I still like the fast engage/disengage steering, nudge (or trim) and being able to set steering agressivnes, but miss the opportunity to control remote camera. | |
