| When a friend checked into putting g up a windmill a few years ago he found that our state had a law that required them to buy back any excess he produced. When he checked with his utility Co refuse to buy back any excess his tower produced no matter what the law said & if he didn't like it he could sue. If anybody had the means to sue an utility Co it was him but he didn't pursue it. Out of curiosity I checked with ours, got the same answer. | |
