It was all fun and games getting the dot numbers and putting them on the truck doors so we could be like the big boys!
Then came the paper work. The bi-anal reports. The threats. The letters from third party rip-off artists. Wonder where they got the info to mail us their threats?
Now, fmcsa wants to simplify things by making me set up yet another branch of my portal? I get a letter today the 15 th saying I need to sign up by the 14 th. Crap! I call. The lady can tell me everything she needs to know about me by my dot numbers. Why do I have to do anything else?
Seems like a lot of work to haul wheat 6 miles to dump it at the co-op!?!
There’s got to be a better way.

It's ridiculous. I feel your pain. Especially the letters from the third party scammers. Judging from what they say, I should have been sitting in jail 5 years ago already!

I tried last Monday to be sure I'm set up for MOTUS, and I think I'm good. If not....... the vultures will be circling. LOL.

It's way over complicated and unnecessary for the average farmer. There are more flip-flop, sweatpants, towel head type scam trucking companies out there than you can shake a stick at, but they're all worried about this Farmer in South Central Pa.

There needs to be a better way for sure!
