I'm guessing she's using the "follow me", function.
In one of her Q/A sessions, she indicates that she flies the drone while riding (controls set on her lap or tank bag). Obviously not every time, as some shots show her standing by the bike and running the controls while doing scenery shots.
That was less than a year ago, but certainly may now have a newer drone with the tracking functions.
