NW IA		I agree with your replacement theory if I may call it that.

A cup of coffee before I go out or stop for a break in my case, is replacing milk and a fist full of cookies etc.

Back in a previous life as a dairyman a good chug of ice cold raw milk was in the mix, that was good stuff.
