I view personally that coffee is probably not a health drink, but better than probably all other alternatives other than water. If it has more benefits than that, that is just a positive.

Way better than most conventional soft drinks. In my opinion only.

I was never much of a coffee drinker till a few years ago friends in Bonaire got my wife started on espresso. That got me started and now we both drink a lot of coffee. I think she is addicted :-). But I figure it is a way lot better than the lot of diet soda pop we used to drink 8 years ago.
