Not to mention that public schools still get paid some for any student that goes to a private school. I believe its about 20% of what they would get if they kept the child.
And then there is property taxes. The public schools get to keep 100% of the property taxes whether the student transfers to a private school, to home school or open enrolls to another district. And STILL they can't seem to survive on their funding.
