Mike , I was always perplexed by why Governor Reynolds was such a proponent of the student voucher system. What was to be gained for the general population of iowa citizens? What was behind all of this? A friend of mine said that a local private school was selectively turning away potential students because they are full at current capacity. The influx of applicants is directly connected to student vouchers.
