I’ve planted in inperfect conditions almost every year…the next rain always saved me.. I avg 60 bushel + beans and that’s above avg for my area. I wouldn’t get hung up on perfect conditions, once planted u have moisture that convential tillers have lost. Rain fixes a lot. Also, no need to assess ur crops until 3 weeks after planting.
