Indiana | For our county public safety takes a huge chunk of our property taxes. They all drive around in brand new tahoes, explorers and some escalates.
Some of the property taxes here for schools are for referendums that have been added separately. They use expensive labor and extravagant building plans on a lot of our schools….so doesn’t necessarily equate to better learning for the student.
Bottom line if they spending some on else’s money it more than likely gets wasted…..and that’s across the board in the US and why we have a $39 trillion deficit and climbing. Not gonna end well. Like 555 said it’s a spending problem.
