central mich

You are correct I never had anything to do with construction in NYC. I wore a suit on Park Ave at 34th street and later down in the financial district in lower Manhattan on Maiden Lane.
I graduated from engineering school in mathematics , electrical engineering and engineering administration. Have a ton of credits. I worked very close to the world trade center on Maiden Lane in NYC. Maiden Lane deadends right into the land where the Trade Center stood.
Watched the Trade Center getting built.
Just designed my own new shop, not too big, 50ft x 135 ft x 25ft tall. Welded all the clear span trusses and I personally burned about 250 lbs of stick 6011 on the trusses. Cut the web with a plasma. I remembered just a little bit of statics and dynamics from engineering school. My cousin is a civil engineer but he could not help as he is primarily a surveyor. But I did a lot of reading and discussions with Nucor buildings qnd Behlen.

Have an 80 ft clear span of red iron here and also a small 30ft red iron that I intend to put up. I erected my first 50ft x 50 ft x 16 ft building in 1972 with just a little help from my father.
Did a lot of flat work laying down concrete when I was young. Had a 1 yard Ransome mixer and bought 94 lb bag cement by the semi load. Just bought a new Whiteman power screed last week.

And in my past I had a legal role in about 15 commercial office buildings of about 35,000 square feet on average in Grand Rapids, Mi and also a 435,000 square feet warehouse in Kalamazoo , Mi which had about 225,000 sq ft refrigerated.
I am familiar with large entities as I was involved with the liquidation of Executive Life in Los Angeles. The parent Executive Corp was the largest bankrupcty in the US at the time. Leo Black who is now in the news re Epstein was very involved with Executive Life. The movie Barbarians at the Gates was based on Executive Life. And Dexel Burnam/Michael Milkin was also involved.
