Provide citation for this statement please:
"They also understate side effects by having a "run in" before the trials eliminating any potential trial participants who do not "tolerate" the drug. So the "only a few percent have adverse side effects". Only true because anyone who had trouble taking the drug was eliminated from the trial before the official trial started."
