Same farm as t-boss SC IA | I just use some smaller totes I can easily pick up & move. I try to put all the steaks in one…roasts in another & leftover cuts in another. Then in the space left over I pack my hamburger & patties so they end up all in one area. Yes I have to hunt every now & then but if I know what tote I’m looking for it’s much easier than moving them all. This year we used a new locker & the hamburger is in a square package instead of a round tube so things definitely fit much easier. |
