Is it the steak or the wages at Texas Roadhouse? Looks like a guy could start an Iowa roadhouse and gain market share. So if want beef there are cheaper ways to go about it then a big national chain. They as bloated as a dead 1000 lb steer in 100 degree weather. It’s not the steak you paying for. You’re not gonna get a RH franchise. Not available. Best you could do is start your own “Iowa Roadhouse” chain and see if you can get folks to line up and wait 20 minutes for a table. Good luck with that.
