North Western IL | I think they’re too high for the consumer, but I’ve thought that for years, and been wrong the whole way up.
I definitely see a correction, but not the straight elevator shaft down to $130 or $150. Herd size will still be supportive for a foreseeable future, so I guess I would look at a 200-220 cash bid area.
This is worth exactly what you’re paying for it. Maybe even less (remember…wrong for years). | |
