Every president these days wants intant gratification. Rule by executive order. No one wants implement policy to fix anything as it would all take time to allow effective changes to happen. Long term thinking doesn't seem to exist anymore.
+1 To make matters worse, all of the long term govt policy for the past 40+ years is the primary reason why cow numbers are so low.
Nearly every govt policy relating to agriculture for the past 40+ years has resulted in displacing cows off of pasture.
