While most of what you guys say about Texas Roadhouse is true, its popular a national chain that puts out data.

The steakhouse in small town nowhere population <1000 probably doesn't have much for worthwhile data.
 


I actually like their food for the price, its the crowded seating and noise (I swear they're built to purposely be noisy) that I don't care for.



Bingo.
They don't want you sitting there enjoying a nice several course meal with friends.  Get in, get out, we want to use that table 3-4 x per evening, not once.
