Do these sensors go bad often? Or do I have a larger issue at hand potentially. Will a lot of fluid come out when removing this sensor?

Perhaps my sump screen is clogged? Any idea where that is located? Does all the fluid need to come out to get that screen cleaned?

We just changed all the filters so I don’t think that’s the issue.
