Ontario | I'd bet people slowing down on spending/going out is a larger detractor to the business than the prices of beef, dropped a cull cow off at the butcher the other day and he told me they've had little to no loss in demand even with prices continuing to climb but that they did have a period where the custom kills for freezer beef had slowed a bit.. He also commented that pork was starting to rise as well which is a market i know very little about. Chicken is supply managed here so fairly stable that way | |
