west central mo | I was at the local grocery store a few days ago. They used to have a good selection of steaks available and all different cuts.... well that wasn't the case the other day....only a few cuts and maybe 4 steaks of each cut.... so yes I do believe demand destruction is happening... I looked at the price and bought chicken.... I used to eat steak multiple times a week.... not anymore.
